A liquid-fluoride thorium reactor is to be powered at all times, with the heat exchange directly in thermodynamic contact with SCP-2966's housing. Before usage of SCP2966 , monitors will ensure that there are at least 2.04×1017 joules of heat energy available to thermodynamically transfer into SCP-29
